We've been busy...

It has been a busy few months for the Character In Life Foundation as we have been working on fundraising and expanding our scholarship programs. We hope that this allows us to help out more students in the Class of 2019 and beyond!

After a lot of hard work we have rolled out our application for our 2019 Gold Star Kid Scholarship. For 2019, we are offering the scholarship in Pierce County (WA). We hope to add another scholarship in future years to offer to a Gold Star Kid in the state of Washington. If you know of someone that qualifies, direct them to our webpage or have them contact us if the have questions.

We have also added a scholarship that will only be offered to a graduating senior from Emerald Ridge HS. A generous donor has made a monthly commitment that has allowed us to create a scholarship that will awarded based on the recommendation of other students.

We’ve gone from not existing in 2017 to giving out 2 $1000 scholarships in 2018 and now we will be giving out 4 $1000 scholarships in 2019. We are looking at continuing to grow and would love to work with others on creating scholarship programs.
